Things people ask first
It says “I didn’t hear anything”
That is the app working, not failing. Telltail refuses a capture that was too quiet, too short, or not an animal, rather than guessing. Hold the button while your pet is actually making a sound, and get a little closer.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In your Apple ID subscription settings on your iPhone. We cannot cancel it for you and no app can — Apple owns that. Deleting the app does not cancel it either. See Terms.
Do you keep my recordings?
No. The sound is measured on your phone as it arrives and is never uploaded or saved to storage. A clip stays in memory while the app is open so you can play it back, and is gone when you close it. Privacy has the detail.
Is this veterinary advice?
No. Telltail describes sounds and does not diagnose. Anything that worries you about your animal is a question for a vet, not for an app.
